Google use mathematical algorithms to determine who is laid off

Google has begun to use mathematical algorithms to determine which employees should be dismissed. Google, through the staff evaluation, reward systems and pay records of the data through mathematical algorithms to calculate that more than 20,000 employees in most of the who is laid off. Of course Google will not disclose the algorithms, but such an approach is also tested. Google appears to want to all the data, and until there are reports that Google's designers employed even complained of Art and Design under the control algorithms have been unable to integrate into the feelings of individuals.

Keso also expressed their views:

Algorithm really solve the problem, is questionable, but Google's efforts to this end, it should be affirmed. Managing people always ask a university.

Algorithm can solve all this? The whole world to operate in strict accordance with the algorithm is a perfect world? My favorite movie "The Matrix" trilogy and the recent release of "Star Trek" are involved in the problem, but it seems the answer is no.
